Seam welder can be divided into continuous seam welder and stepping seam welder according to the rotation mode of the roller electrode; According to the relationship between welding seam and electrode arm, it can be divided into transverse seam welder, longitudinal seam welder and universal seam welder.
Transverse seam welder: the formed welding joint is perpendicular to the electrode arm and the rotating axis of the roller electrode of this kind of welder is parallel to the electrode arm. It is mainly used for welding long welds and circular welds of horizontal workpiece.
Longitudinal seam welder: the formed welding joint is parallel to the electrode arm. The rotating axis of the roller electrode of this kind of welder is perpendicular to the electrode arm and is mainly used for welding short welds of horizontal workpiece and vertical straight joints of cylindrical vessels.
Universal seam welder: it's a vertical and horizontal welder. Seam welding machine generally by the body, pressure mechanism, transmissionmechanism, welding transformer, power regulation mechanism, welding loop, in addition to the electrode and transmission mechanism, other parts and spot welding machine basically similar.
